We stayed during very rainy days and came by car. The room was very spacious and offered a full built in closet and a little terrace. There was extra bedding for the cold days. Which we needed. The checkin and out was east. The breakfast was soild, good and offered variety and even soy milk. The interior is an Arabic vibe, which is kinda cute. Overall it has older looking interior. The bath was spacious and we had a newly installed shower in the otherwise older looking bathroom. I expected it to be quiet but I guess in Portugal they just don’t build thick walls. You could hear talking people passing by on the corridor.

We had a comfortable and spacious ground floor room with a bathroom overlooking the lawn area. The hotel had a very sensible system for breakfast time which required you to choose an hour when you would like to eat. The dining area was not large, so this made perfect sense. The breakfast food was of very good quality and included local preserves/jams. The staff were lovely. The swimming pool area was also very spacious with lots of sun beds. The hotel was not all all noisy. This could have been because a lot of the clientele were walkers who probably wanted a good night's sleep themselves.

We were positively surprised about the offer at the hotel. They have a large pool, excellent breakfast, friendly staff and well-equipped rooms. The hotel is the excellent starting point for Fisherman's trail of Via Vicentina. They provide reliable info regarding the trail, arrange the luggage transfers and arrange taxis if necessary. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but around the corner are two with tasty local food. The parking place is shaded ( but for a limited number of cars only). I really do not know why the hotel has only two stars.

We stayed one night only, but it's suitable for longer stays. The room was clean, wide, view on the swimming pool, all amenities working great, quite comfortable beds. The hotel needs a little bit of renovation, but it was perfect for us. Breakfast was varied and enyoyable, pretty yummy I'd say. All the staff members who we met were very kind and welcoming. Ample and safe parking inside. Well located if beaches are your main interest, a little bit far from Aljezur, you need a car anyway. Would recommend, we had a (short) and excellent experience.

The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable with the best bed linens and towels we'd had on our Rota Vicentina trip so far. The Moroccan decor was interesting and different from other places we'd stayed in. The pool area seemed to be a work in progress as it was early in the season but we still enjoyed the lounge chairs and sun. The breakfast which was included was extensive and delicious. The staff was helpful, assisting us to book a taxi to our next destination (day off hiking).
